Summary

Our Client is looking for a QA Engineer – Automation Tester for a long-term contract, remote opportunity. Please review the below JD and let me know if you are comfortable.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Interact with product management, project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives.
Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution.
Design and create test conditions, test data and test scripts to address business and technical use cases.
Use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build/script new tools for performing testing/validation function.
Help in the automation strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles using Selenium with Java.
Design, Execute and analyze automation test scripts & test results for Web applications.
Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate, using JIRA.

3+ years of experience on Automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
Work experience in healthcare domain is a plus.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

At least 3+ years of strong automation experience with Selenium, Java (hands-on knowledge on scripting, execution).
Experience in designing/enhancing Automation Framework - Selenium WebDriver
Hands on experience working in project which are on Agile methodology.
Experience on Maven, Continuous Integration, SCM tools.
Work experience in healthcare domain is a plus.
Have knowledge of reporting tools like extent etc.
Should have worked on any IDE like Eclipse/IntelliJ.
Proven Skills on writing Test Cases and presenting to the team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Detail oriented, Eagerness to work in a team environment.
Good Communication skills.
