Descriptions:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
· 8+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform
· Strong hands-on expertise in:
· Salesforce Marketing Cloud
· Sales Cloud
· Lead management and lead integration
· Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect (Salesforce–Marketing Cloud integration)
· Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and Automation Studio
· Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) for lead and data integrations
· Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing concepts
· Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
· Experience in BFSI, Lending, Mortgage, or Digital Sales domains · Knowledge of Einstein Engagement, personalization, or analytics
· Experience integrating third-party lead sources (web forms, mobile apps, external platforms)
· Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer)
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Design, implement, and support solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud
· Configure and build end-to-end lead lifecycle processes, including:
· Lead capture from digital channels
· Lead scoring, routing, and assignment
· Lead conversion and handoff to Sales
· Implement and maintain Marketing Cloud–Sales Cloud integrations using standard connectors and APIs
· Build and manage Marketing Cloud components including:
· Journey Builder
· Email Studio
· Automation Studio
· Contact Builder
· Develop personalized, data-driven campaigns leveraging synchronized Sales and Marketing data
· Design data extensions, SQL queries, and automations to support segmentation and targeting
· Collaborate with business, marketing, and sales teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
· Support production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes
· Ensure solutions comply with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines
