Summary
We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with SAP FSRI expertise to support a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP FSRI (Financial Services Revenue and Accounting) and deep reinsurance domain expertise. Experience with FSRI + Sapien is required.
This role will lead full lifecycle implementations and serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP FSRI, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure FSRI modules including:
- Contract Management
- Revenue Recognition
- Integration with SAP FI/CO and related modules
- Collaborate with SAP Basis, ABAP, and integration teams to ensure optimal system performance and data flow.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide post-go-live support and recommend continuous improvements.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and industry best practices.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP FSRI.
- Proven experience working in the reinsurance domain.
- Experience with FSRI + Sapien integration.
- Experience with full lifecycle SAP implementations.
- Strong techno-functional background with ability to bridge business and technical teams.
- Experience integrating FSRI with SAP FI/CO and other SAP modules.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
