Key Responsibilities\n
As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day activities will primarily focus on:

Clients will be matched to you based on your specific areas of expertise and demographic preferences, ensuring fulfilling interactions.
Qualifications\n
To qualify for this position, you must have:

\n - A Master s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n - Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in good standing.
\n - Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor that facilitates effective therapeutic relationships.
\n - Proficiency in utilizing computer software for counseling sessions, documentation, and communication.

Preferred Experience\n
An ideal candidate will possess at least two years of relevant clinical experience, showcasing a track record of successful client interactions and treatment outcomes. Experience with telehealth services is a plus, as we leverage digital platforms extensively to support our counseling services.
Compensation and Benefits\n
Inspire and Empower Counseling Center values its employees and offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
