Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking an IT Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of firmwide training programs focused on technology, systems, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has experience training professionals in a law firm or similar professional services environment and can translate complex technical concepts into practical, user-focused learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive technology training strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and deliver training on core systems, applications, workflows, and best practices.
- Support technology rollouts and upgrades through structured training and change management initiatives.
- Lead technology onboarding for new hires to ensure consistent adoption.
- Create and maintain training materials, guides, and on-demand resources.
- Manage training schedules, participation tracking, and learning platforms (LMS).
- Partner with IT, Practice Management, and HR to assess needs and address skill gaps.
- Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback and metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or professional development, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Experience delivering technology-focused training to attorneys or similar professionals strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of law firm systems and workflows (e.g., document management, timekeeping, billing, collaboration tools).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
