Advantage Technical is hiring a Quality Technician for a growing medical device manufacturer in Maple Grove, MN. If you thrive in regulated environments and enjoy hands-on test work across multiple projects, this role is built for you.
What You'll Do
- Execute and document device verification and validation (V&V) test protocols
- Operate and maintain test equipment; record results in lab notebooks and formal reports
- Analyze documentation requirements and fulfill them accurately
- Communicate technical findings to engineers and cross-functional project teams
- Support multiple projects simultaneously at varying development stages
What You Bring
- Experience with DV test protocol development and execution
- Prior work in a regulated environment (FDA, ISO, GMP preferred)
- Medical device testing experience strongly preferred
- Background in chemistry or biology a plus
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to multitask across projects
