Our client is seeking a Product Owner in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy Vision
Define and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer needs
Backlog Ownership
Create prioritize and maintain the product backlog ensuring clarity of user stories and acceptance criteria
Sprint Release Planning
Lead sprint planning sessions set sprint goals and coordinate releases with cross functional teams
Stakeholder Engagement
Engage regularly with stakeholder's customers business leaders UX engineering to gather feedback align objectives and ensure on track delivery
Value Measurement Reporting
Define KPIs measure feature performance and adapt roadmap based on analytics and customer feedback
Cross Functional Collaboration
Act as a liaison across UX engineering QA marketing and operations to ensure successful execution
Risk Issue Management
Identify impediments and drive resolution balance stakeholder demands with delivery capability
Agile Expertise
Proficient in backlog management user story creation sprint release planning
Analytical Thinking
Strong data driven decision-making skills to interpret user behaviour and KPIs
Communication Leadership
Excellent stakeholder management presentation skills and ability to guide cross functional teams
Customer Focus
Deep empathy for user needs and the ability to translate insights into product improvements
Technical Literacy
Comfortable engaging with development teams and understanding technical trade-offs
