About the Role
Russell Tobin is partnering with a leading technology organization to hire a Marketing Project Manager for a short-term, fully remote contract. This individual will embed with internal teams to support marketing initiatives by driving coordination, execution tracking, and cross-functional alignment.
This role is best suited for a project manager who excels in fast-paced environments, is highly organized, and can influence stakeholders without formal ownership of delivery outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Integrate into established teams, workflows, and ways of working
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams
- Track execution of initiatives and ensure visibility of progress
- Maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks in Jira
- Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, and status updates as needed
- Identify blockers proactively and escalate appropriately
- Support Agile execution and sprint-based delivery cadences
- Operate within defined governance, processes, and tools

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing marketing or go-to-market projects
- Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in an embedded, augmented PM capacity
