Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Senior Project Manager Cybersecurity. This role partners with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, policies, and procedures.

Summary:
The consultant brings structure to multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment with business strategy and delivery of mission-critical outcomes. Acting as a change agent, this role drives a customer-centric, quality-focused culture while advancing best-in-class project and program management practices. The consultant oversees initiatives end-to-end, ensuring transparency, financial discipline, and measurable progress through data-driven reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities:
* Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy and successful delivery
* Apply business analysis, project management, and SDLC best practices across all phases of initiatives
* Drive process re-engineering efforts using methodologies such as Kaizen and Rapid Improvement Events
* Partner with BTO leadership to shape governance standards and promote project management best practices
* Coordinate and monitor impacted business functions including product, technology, sales, marketing, professional services, support, and operations
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize program effectiveness
* Lead change management and cultural adoption efforts across the organization
* Manage project budgets, track financial performance, and implement corrective actions as needed
* Produce executive-level reports, metrics, and dashboards covering milestones, risks, issues, and financials
* Lead steering committee meetings and deliver senior-level presentations
* Coordinate testing, customer UAT, and validation activities across workstreams

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 7-10 years of experience leading enterprise or large-scale, multi-team initiatives
* Strong experience in business analysis, project management, and process improvement
* Experience leading customer-impacting initiatives focused on retention and revenue
* Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, and data visualization tools such as Power BI
* Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight timelines
* Familiarity with Order to Cash, Commercial Analysis, Product, Technology, and Sales functions
* Strong communication, professionalism, and executive presentation skills
* Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools (MS Project, Clarizen)
* Proven ability to influence and negotiate across a highly matrixed organization

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
