Role Overview
We are seeking a Workday Security Cleared professional to design, implement, and maintain Workday configurations in a highly regulated environment. This role ensures secure access to Workday HCM and Financials while supporting compliance, audit, and data-protection requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain Workday security.

Support Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Financials, Time Tracking, Recruiting, and/or Absence

Manage user access provisioning, role assignments, and periodic access reviews

Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and Compliance teams to enforce least-privilege access

Support audits, compliance checks, and security assessments

Troubleshoot security-related issues and resolve access defects

Maintain security documentation and standard operating procedures

Support Workday releases, testing, and regression validation

Ensure compliance with government or regulatory security standards
Required Qualifications

Active security clearance (required)

5+ years of Workday experience
-
Experience working in government, public sector, or regulated environments
-
Ability to work with sensitive and classified data

Strong analytical and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications

Workday Certification
-
Experience supporting federal, defense, or intelligence agencies

Familiarity with compliance frameworks

Experience with EIBs, reporting, and calculated fields
-
Prior consulting or system implementation experience.
