Summary

Requirements
  • 3 or more years of experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM process improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Business Process Mapping (BPM) software and enterprise redesign frameworks.
  • Experience with facilitating cross-functional sessions and strategic planning with executive leadership.
  • Experience in developing performance metrics, reporting templates, and operational dashboards.
  • Experience with change management principles and organizational governance structures.
  • Experience in conducting gap analyses and creating actionable improvement roadmaps.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise-wide process discovery and documentation for strategic modernization priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workgroups to identify operational risks and redundancies.
  • Generate current-state and future-state process maps and detailed improvement plans.
  • Establish process ownership and accountability mechanisms within a new governance framework.
  • Prioritize business improvement initiatives based on feasibility and organizational impact.
  • Build performance dashboards and metrics aligned with operational excellence objectives.
  • Deliver executive-ready summaries, status reports, and training materials for stakeholders.
