About the Role
We are seeking a Paid Media Program Manager on behalf of our client, a global technology organization that provides software, data, and connected solutions across industries such as construction, transportation, agriculture, geospatial, and infrastructure. This role will focus on building the foundation, processes, and scalable frameworks that improve paid media performance across the organization.
The Paid Media Program Manager will own the activation, enablement, and scaling of paid media programs, including new paid channel launches, audience and data activation processes, third-party review programs, and landing page and media campaign best practices. This is not a day-to-day campaign optimization role. Instead, this position is responsible for developing the program structure, governance, documentation, and cross-functional workflows that allow paid media efforts to scale effectively and consistently.

Job Description
In this role, you will partner closely with marketing operations, data, analytics, product marketing, customer, web, CRO, and other cross-functional teams to improve how paid media programs are launched, measured, and scaled. You will evaluate emerging and strategic paid media channels, build launch frameworks, support first-party data and audience activation, and create repeatable processes that improve campaign readiness and performance.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Identify, evaluate, and support the launch of emerging and strategic paid media channels, such as Capterra, G2, Reddit, Amazon Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Define channel use cases, audience strategies, funnel alignment, testing plans, and success criteria for new paid media programs.
  • Build launch frameworks, enablement documentation, templates, playbooks, and scalable processes to support long-term program adoption.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations, Data, and Analytics teams to activate first-party data audiences across paid media platforms.
  • Support the integration and activation of intent-based audience segments, including account lists, high-intent audiences, and 6sense-driven audience programs.
  • Establish governance for audience segmentation, naming conventions, refresh cadences, quality assurance, and data activation processes.
  • Improve targeting accuracy through audience strategy, suppression frameworks, lifecycle segmentation, and ongoing audience reliability monitoring.
  • Track audience match rates and help ensure data and audience activation processes remain accurate and dependable.
  • Develop and manage third-party review acquisition programs across platforms such as G2 and Capterra.
  • Build repeatable workflows and governance standards for customer review generation and compliance alignment.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Customer teams to align review program messaging, proof points, and campaign priorities.
  • Evaluate program impact by reviewing growth metrics, conversion influence, and campaign performance indicators.
  • Build standards for landing page performance, conversion readiness, and campaign-to-page alignment.
  • Create checklists and readiness frameworks for measurement, tracking, user experience, and landing page best practices.
  • Partner with CRO, Web, and Analytics teams to support testing prioritization and optimization inputs.
  • Maintain alignment between campaign goals, landing page structure, audience targeting, and tracking frameworks.
  • Provide internal training, onboarding materials, and documentation for new programs, platforms, and workflows.
  • Maintain a paid media program roadmap aligned with business priorities and performance growth opportunities.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel paid media best practices and how paid media supports full-funnel marketing goals.
  • Experience building or supporting paid media program frameworks, launch plans, testing roadmaps, or enablement processes.
  • Technical understanding of tracking, targeting, audience systems, segmentation, and data flow across paid media platforms.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as Marketing Operations, Data, Analytics, Web, CRO, Product Marketing, or Customer teams.
  • Ability to develop repeatable processes, templates, documentation, playbooks, governance standards, and scalable workflows.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to coordinate stakeholders, manage priorities, and drive initiatives forward.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to define success criteria, measure program effectiveness, and evaluate performance trends.
  • Understanding of audience targeting strategies, suppression logic, lifecycle segmentation, and data quality practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear documentation and enablement materials.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with intent-based marketing or account-based marketing platforms, such as 6sense.
  • Familiarity with third-party review platforms such as G2, Capterra, or similar software review channels.
  • Experience supporting review acquisition programs, customer proof-point campaigns, or reputation-building initiatives.
  • Knowledge of landing page performance best practices, conversion rate optimization, campaign measurement, and tracking readiness.
  • Experience launching or evaluating emerging paid media channels, including Reddit Ads, Amazon Ads, marketplace media, or software review platforms.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed, or enterprise-level marketing environment.
  • Background in B2B technology, SaaS, software, data, construction technology, infrastructure technology, transportation technology, or related industries.
