Supply Chain Risk Management Analyst

MANTECHseeks a motivated, career and customer-orientedSupply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Analyst/All Source Analyst to join our team inSpringfield, VA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conduct daily research to gather, assimilate, evaluate and interpret information concerning intelligence, terrorism and espionage threats against supply chain, to include programs, technology and information systems and/or facilities.
• Analyze worldwide threats/countries/issues affecting supply chain risk equities.
• Engage with the SCRM Program Management Office to coordinate efforts on areas of mutual concern.
• Conduct Software list Assurance Process analysis. Review software and conduct threat assessments of commercial enterprises and certain officers prior to integration to identify foreign ownership, control and influence.
• Conduct Company Threat Assessments. Identify commercial connections to foreign threats to all missions and systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years relevant experience with Debriefings, Open-Source Exploitation, Digital Media Exploitation, Collection Requirements.
• 5+ years experience with Intelligence Analysis and Production: Creating Analytical products, Intelligence Information Reports, Source-Directed Requirements, Threat Briefings, Request for Information Responses.
• 5+ years? experience in analyzing economic, environmental, and political organizational strategies, investments, and structures.
• Experience with intelligence tools such as DataXplorer, Proton, Voltron, Palantir, RMT, TAC, ArcGIS, QLIX, CHROME, FADE, MIST and/or similar
• Demonstrated experience and ability to navigate and assimilate data across OSINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, and GEOINT databases to present a cogent intelligence picture.
• Experience developing clear, complex analytical products tailored to specific customer audiences with minimal supervision.

Desired Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience preferred (a degree in a relevant field may be counted 4 years? experience).
• Joint Duty Assignment such as J2, Joint-Intelligence Operations Centers, COCOMs, or IC-billets.
• Prior experience supporting DoD or Federal CI elements.
• Counterterrorism Analysis Course, DIA/JMITC, or equivalent training
• Identity Intelligence Analytical Applications (I2A2) Course or equivalent training
• Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course, DIA/JMITC or equivalent training

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have an active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain/maintain a Polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or communicate with team members.
• Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
