Summary
Senior Salesforce Engineer – Contract
Location: Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX — Locals Only
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer with strong hands-on development and enterprise architecture experience.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience
- Strong Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, Platform Events & Async Apex
- Enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP, Middleware & Event-Driven Architecture
- Strong knowledge of Governor Limits, Security/Sharing, Performance & Large Data
- Experience with solution design, code reviews, debugging & RCA
- Strong production support and enterprise engineering experience
- Ability to challenge requirements and design scalable solutions
- Experience mentoring engineers and driving engineering standards
Preferred:
- Salesforce Data Cloud
- Agentforce / Einstein AI
- CRM Analytics / AI workflows
- Identity Resolution & Unified Customer Profiles
- Near real-time/Event-Driven Architecture
- Hyperforce / Salesforce modernization
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
Not Looking For: Admin-heavy profiles, configuration-only resources, or candidates without strong hands-on engineering and API/architecture experience.
