Job Description
We are seeking a Sales & Service Enablement Analyst to support product commercialization, release readiness, and product adoption across customer-facing teams. The ideal candidate will develop sales and service enablement materials, coordinate product launches, create training content, and translate technical updates into clear, customer-friendly communications.
The role involves collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Service teams to ensure successful product launches, effective training, and consistent knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales presentations, feature guides, one-pagers, FAQs, playbooks, training materials, and customer documentation.
- Coordinate product launch readiness, release timelines, and communication plans.
- Maintain version-controlled enablement content and centralized knowledge repositories.
- Create training materials and support knowledge transfer for Sales and Service teams.
- Translate technical product updates into clear, customer-friendly messaging.
- Support change management, product adoption, and post-launch initiatives.
- Track training completion, adoption metrics, and enablement effectiveness.
- Support post-launch reviews and identify opportunities for process improvement.
