Job Summary:

We''re looking for a skilled Salesforce Architect to work with our client Genentech in California. The ideal candidate will have experience with Health Cloud, Agent Force, and a strong understanding of Salesforce technologies. You''ll design and implement scalable solutions, lead projects, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect Salesforce solutions for Genentech''s Health Cloud and Agent Force implementations
Lead project teams, define technical roadmaps, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and drive adoption
Develop and maintain technical documentation, data models, and integration strategies
Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and new technologies

Required Skills:

12+ years of Salesforce experience, with 5+ years as an Architect
Proven experience with Health Cloud and Agent Force
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, integrations, and security
Experience with Genentech a plus
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing)
Certifications like Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
