Job Description

The Senior .NET Architect will work closely with IT architects, project managers, and development teams in an Agile development environment to design and implement scalable enterprise applications. The consultant will be responsible for building reliable, high-performance systems and modernizing the application architecture using Microsoft technologies.

This role involves leading initiatives around microservices, containerization, DevOps practices, and cloud solutions (Azure/AWS) while ensuring code quality, architecture standards, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise-level application infrastructure
Architect solutions using ASP.NET MVC and .NET Core
Implement microservices and event-driven architectures
Lead adoption of DevOps and CI/CD practices
Work with Azure and AWS cloud environments
Develop and integrate REST APIs
Review code and ensure development standards compliance
Collaborate with development teams in Agile/Scrum environments
Conduct data modeling, testing strategies, and system deployment
Research and implement modern technologies and frameworks

Required Skills & Experience

15+ years experience with .NET Web Development (4.6.x – .NET Core 6) using ASP.NET MVC
15+ years experience with C# (.NET)
10+ years experience with TFS / Azure DevOps / Git
10+ years experience working in Agile development environments
10+ years experience with SQL Server
5+ years experience with Cloud technologies (Azure / AWS)
5+ years experience building REST APIs
3+ years experience with Git branching strategies, build and release pipelines
2+ years experience with Microservices, Blazor, SignalR, MAUI
2+ years experience with Event-driven architecture

Preferred Experience

Containerization technologies
CI/CD pipeline development
Enterprise application architecture
UI/UX development principles
