What You'll Do
- Run growth campaigns : Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, content, email, partnerships).
- Craft messaging & positioning : Develop compelling narratives that resonate with technical users and translate product value into user growth.
- Optimize funnels : Analyze where users drop off, run A/B tests, and ship improvements to increase conversion and activation rates.
- Accelerate acquisition : Explore new channels, audiences, and tactics to efficiently drive qualified users to Flux.
- Drive retention & expansion : Create lifecycle campaigns, onboarding flows, and education programs that help users succeed and stick around.
- Collaborate cross-functionally : Partner with product and growth engineering on onboarding and in-product flows, with design on creative, and with sales on campaigns.
- Measure impact : Track performance across channels, report insights, and prioritize based on data + potential ROI.
- Stay scrappy : Move fast, test bold ideas, and scale the ones that work.
qualifications:
What You'll Bring
Proven record of delivering growth in early-stage environments, ideally across acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
Strong foundation in digital marketing (paid media, SEO, content, email, lifecycle).
Data-driven mindset: Comfortable with analytics tools, funnel metrics, and experimentation frameworks.
Empathy for technical users (engineers, designers, makers). Ability to translate complex product value into clear, compelling messaging.
Creative instincts + analytical rigor: you can ship campaigns fast, then measure, iterate, and scale.
Clear communicator who can tell the story of your work in terms of both impact and learnings.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience marketing developer tools, SaaS, or products with technical users.
Familiarity with growth stacks: marketing automation, attribution, A/B testing, SEO, and CRM systems.
Comfort working closely with product and engineering to influence in-product growth loops.
Portfolio of past growth campaigns or experiments that show your creativity, range, and impact.
