Pay Range: $45 - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, and forecasts
- Support month-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Manage revenue analysis and balance sheet reviews
- Develop and maintain financial models and Excel-based reports
- Assist with quarterly and regulatory reporting requirements
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Support cash management, risk analysis, and financial planning activities
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills: 8 10 years of experience in financial analysis and/or accounting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Medicaid / Managed Care or healthcare finance
- 8 10 years of experience in financial analysis and/or accounting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level required)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Ability to analyze business trends and forecast financial outcomes
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with financial systems such as OneStream, PeopleSoft, or similar tools
- Knowledge of Medicaid / Managed Care or healthcare finance
- Exposure to federal funding or grant-related accounting
- Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
