Summary

Responsibilities:

· Lead vertical integration of manufacturing processes into GFO, including development, qualification, and validation.

· Monitor and report project progress against established timelines.

· Perform mechanical/electrical testing and conduct gauge R&R studies.

· Apply statistical analysis, including process capability and DOE.

· Troubleshoot processes, equipment, and quality systems; implement CAPAs.

· Lead problem-solving activities using root cause analysis and robust solutions.

· Author change requests, validation documentation, and technical reports.

Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field + minimum 2 years engineering experience, OR

· Minimum 7 years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (in lieu of degree).

· Strong knowledge of QMS, process/component qualification, and change control.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
