Title :- Java Full Stack Developers

Location :- Columbus - OH, 05 Days On-Site

Target Start Date / Urgency to Fill Role :- As early as possible.

Work Arrangement: Fully On-Site from day one.

Candidate Preference: Local candidates preferred.

Duration :- Contract (Minimum 06+ Months)

Junior Java Full Stack Developer (Backend-Focused)

Senior Java Full Stack Developer (Backend-Heavy)

Lead Java Full Stack Developer (Backend Architecture Focus)

05+ years of experience in Java full stack/backend development.
Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs.
Basic understanding of Microservices architecture.
Working knowledge of SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
Exposure to frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Angular is a plus).
Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle.
Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Basic exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform – preferred).
Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.

08+ years of strong experience in Java Full Stack/backend development.
Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA.
Strong experience designing and building Microservices & REST APIs.
Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Solid experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ or other messaging systems.
Working knowledge of frontend frameworks: React or Angular.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes.
Strong exposure to AWS or Azure cloud services.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
Ability to mentor junior developers and review code.

12+ years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack/backend development.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture.
Experience in system design, application architecture, and performance tuning.
Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and resiliency.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS/Azure cloud architecture.
Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation
Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, MQ).
Working knowledge of frontend technologies (React/Angular) for design oversight.
Experience leading teams, conducting code reviews, design discussions.
Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.
