Investment Data Analyst to join its growing analytics and technology team in

As an Investment Data Analyst, you will work closely with investment, product, and technology stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and develop tools that support investment decision-making. You will help design and maintain analytical applications, data pipelines, reporting solutions, and cloud-based data services while contributing to the evolution of a modern investment analytics platform. Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, quantitative analysis, business intelligence, analytics engineering, or a related field
- Strong Python skills for data analysis, automation, and application development
- Advanced SQL experience working with large, complex datasets
- Experience designing and supporting data models and analytical datasets
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience building dashboards, reports, or analytical applications
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure or similar platforms
- Experience using Git and working within modern software development practices
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience in investment management, financial services, asset management, or capital markets
- Familiarity with React, TypeScript, or modern web technologies
- Experience working with APIs and data integrations
- Knowledge of data warehousing and enterprise data platforms
- Exposure to Kafka, Azure Event Grid, or similar messaging technologies
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Interest in investment analytics and financial data
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities - Analyze large investment and operational datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights
- Develop and maintain Python-based analytical tools and automation solutions
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries supporting reporting and analytics initiatives
- Build and enhance data pipelines and integration workflows
- Partner with investment and business teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
- Create and maintain analytical reports, dashboards, and data products
- Support the development of internal applications and analytics platforms
- Contribute to data quality, governance, and data management initiatives
- Participate in testing, deployment, and continuous improvement efforts
- Document processes and share knowledge across teams
The Offer
- Base salary: $160,000 - $165,000
- Discretionary annual bonus
