Job Title: Telecom Domain Expert
Location: NYC,NY (100% Remote)
Job Type: Contract
Job Summary:
Strong telecom domain expertise and hands-on experience in Blue Planet Inventory (BPI). The ideal candidate should have experience supporting telecom inventory platforms, troubleshooting production issues, and working with similar OSS/BSS or network technology environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide application and production support for telecom inventory systems, especially BPI.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive issue resolution.
- Support integrations and data flow across telecom platforms and inventory systems.
- Work closely with business, operations, and technical teams for incident and change management.
- Monitor system performance and ensure service availability in support environments.
Required Skills:
- Telecom domain experience.
- Hands-on experience with Blue Planet Inventory (BPI).
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of OSS/BSS ecosystem.
