The Opportunity

As part of the Data and Analytics Engineering team you will drive the strategic development and deployment of AI-enabled solutions across the Global Enterprise Apps portfolio. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining significant executive-level client relations. This role is pivotal in aligning AI initiatives with firmwide goals, enhancing operational effectiveness, and fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have

- High School Diploma

- At least 8 years of experience

- Bachelor's Degree preferred

- AI tooling certification preferred

- Excelling in AI/ML and prompt engineering

- Developing within domain systems and data products

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
