Job Summary
Seeking a seasoned Cloud Architect to own the design and advancement of cloud platforms, with AWS as the primary foundation and Azure/Google Cloud Platform contributing to a wider multi-cloud setup.
This role centers on developing resilient, secure, and scalable environments, while steering technical direction and ensuring alignment with overall business priorities.
Hands-on Technical Scope
Work across AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.
Build and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
Apply multi-cloud exposure across Azure and Google Cloud environments.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, automation workflows, and modern deployment practices.
Design secure distributed systems with strong networking and access control principles.
Experience Required
8+ years across cloud engineering, DevOps, or architecture domains.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade cloud solutions.
Strong hands-on expertise in AWS along with exposure to multi-cloud setups.
Experience in automation, infrastructure provisioning, and deployment pipelines.
Deep understanding of cloud security, networking, and distributed architectures.
Day-to-Day Contributions
Guide teams on architecture decisions and implementation approaches.
Collaborate with DevOps, security, and engineering for aligned execution.
Review infrastructure designs to ensure scalability and reliability.
Identify gaps in current cloud environments and proactively fix them.
Ensure systems are built with automation, observability, and resilience in mind.
Technology Environment
This role operates across a modern cloud-first ecosystem built on AWS as the primary platform, with additional exposure to Azure and Google Cloud. Infrastructure is managed using tools like Terraform and CloudFormation, while containerized workloads run on Docker and Kubernetes.
From an engineering standpoint, the setup emphasizes automated pipelines, continuous delivery, strong monitoring practices, and embedded security. Architecturally, systems follow microservices-based designs and distributed computing patterns to ensure scalability and resilience.
Platform & Architecture Ownership
Build and evolve AWS-centric environments with interoperability across Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) via Terraform or CloudFormation.
Design systems for high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery.
Implement strong IAM and enterprise-level cloud security controls.
Work closely with DevOps to streamline pipelines and automation.
Drive cost efficiency and performance improvements across platforms.
