A manufacturing company in the York, PA area is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer. This is a full-time hybrid role. You will own the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise IT infrastructure across Windows and Linux server environments, VMware/Hyper-V virtualization, and hybrid cloud environment in Azure.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of enterprise systems engineering, administration, and architecture experience
Extensive hands-on experience with Windows Servers (2016, 2019, 2022)
Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies: VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, and/or Nutanix
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and hybrid cloud environments
Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and IAM solutions including SSO and MFA
Proven scripting and automation skills: PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, and/or Terraform
Solid background in backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Rubrik, Cohesity or similar)
Ability to act as an escalation point for critical system incidents, including Tier 3 support
