Required Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Developer-adjacent, module-specific, or similar.
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience (Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Client Scripts, API integrations, scoped apps).
- Strong understanding of secure development in regulated environments (FedRAMPC High).
- Experience supporting complex enterprise workflows, ServiceNow integrations, and release cycles.
Desired Qualifications

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work Location & Contract Requirements
- On-site only: SOCC, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM.
- Work performed within a FedRAMP-regulated ServiceNow instance.
- Position supports ongoing enterprise initiatives, including release management, platform stability, ServiceNow integrations, and customer agency needs (as reflected in previous platform work and integrations).Required/Desired Skills
