As a Cellular Firmware Integration Engineer on this team, you will be on the critical path of the 5G/4G/multimode cellular firmware effort within a cellular system integration group responsible for debugging, integrating and productizing state-of-the-art cellular SoCs. This position requires someone comfortable with advanced cellular mobile technology and troubleshooting of cellular embedded firmware, that thrives in a dynamic cross-functional organization, is not afraid to challenge what exists openly, and is flexible enough to pivot on constantly evolving requirements.

You will participate in silicon bring-up, feature bring-up, and triage a multi-mode L1/PHY firmware architecture of a state-of-the-art mobile wireless communication system. You will troubleshoot and debug L1/PHY modem firmware issues utilizing AI and automation technique. You will develop triaging automation. You will optimize L1 and PHY firmware testability and debug capability. You will run data mining, extraction and formatting to monitor firmware health and debug efficiency.

BS and a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience is required.\nStrong understanding of 5G and 4G 3GPP standards, and competent knowledge on Layer One and Physical Layer control.\nProficiency in embedded programming language such as C and C++.\nProficiency in scripting languages like Python, JavaScript.\nExperience with embedded real-time software system bring-up, debug, and test.\nSkilled in debugging embedded real-time multi-core, multi-mode software systems with multiple triage techniques.

Advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or data science with 5+ years of relevant experience in wireless communications industry is preferred. \nExperience in AI/ML technology and familiar with LLM, RAG, Transformer, Claude and other AI/ML techniques.
