 Role Overview

 We are looking for a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with over 10 years of expertise in designing modern web applications. The ideal candidate should be able to analyze existing client standards, understand their current design systems and workflows, and translate them into improved, user-centered web application designs. This role requires strong design thinking, collaboration with stakeholders, and the ability to modernize digital experiences while maintaining brand and client standards.

 Key Responsibilities

 Understand the client’s existing design standards, guidelines, and web applications.

 Translate client requirements and standards into modern, scalable web application UI/UX designs.

 Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for new or redesigned applications.

 Support development teams by providing clear design specifications and design documentation.

 Required Skills

 Strong ability to understand client standards and transform them into improved design solutions.

 Expertise in Figma design tool

 Strong knowledge of user-centered design, usability, and interaction design.

 Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS).

 Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
