Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5+ years of combined experience in software or application development.

• Technical Stack:

  • PeopleSoft Expertise: 3-5+ years of experience specifically with PeopleSoft development tools (PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, Fluid).

  • Java Ecosystem: Proven experience with Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot (Microservices), REST/JSON services, Spring JPA, and JUnit.

  • Database: Expertise in SQL or other database querying languages on large, multi-table data sets.

  • Tools/DevOps: Familiarity with version control (GitHub), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Cloud Bee).

• Operating Systems: Experience with Linux and scripting is required, along with experience in Java batch and familiarity with mainframe concepts.

• Methodologies: Experience working within an Agile and/or Scaled Agile (SAFe) development environment.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple tasks independently, and excellent communication/presentation skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Familiarity with job scheduling tools (e.g., AutoSys).
