Senior Manager / Financial Due Diligence
Location: Remote
Role Overview:
Seeking experienced Financial Due Diligence (FDD) professionals to support M&A engagements (buy-side & sell-side) within a national Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team. Consultants will lead QoE, Net Working Capital, Net Debt, and Carve-Out analyses and deliver client-ready reports.
Must-Have Requirements:
Manager+ level experience at U.S. Public Accounting Firms
5+ years of recent, hands-on Financial Due Diligence / QoE experience
Strong exposure to multiple industries (Manufacturing, Technology, SaaS, Retail, Wholesale, Services, etc.)
