Title: Salesforce Solution Architect

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ months

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture & Strategy:
  Define and document solution architecture that aligns with enterprise standards and business goals. Translate business needs into IT solutions and roadmaps.
• Project Leadership:
  Guide cross-functional teams through design, development, and deployment phases. Ensure architecture compliance and delivery quality.
• Salesforce Expertise:
  Oversee data modeling, migration, multi-cloud integration (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud), declarative automation, and environment management. Hands-on experience and knowledge of Heroku and Data Cloud
• Governance & Communication:
  Evangelize architecture governance, communicate technical concepts to stakeholders, and ensure documentation and testing protocols are in place.
• Team Collaboration & Mentorship:
  Lead and mentor Salesforce professionals, promote diversity and inclusion, and foster a collaborative, learning-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8–10 years in IT Architecture; 5+ years leading Salesforce projects
• Strong SDLC experience (Agile/Waterfall)
• Experience with Heroku and Salesforce Data Cloud
• Experience with Azure
• Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

Preferred:

• Master’s Degree
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or other Salesforce Architect certifications
• Experience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and ArchiMate modeling
