IAM Business Analyst

Location: Atlanta, Georgia or Charlotte, NC (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking an IAM Business Analyst to support critical identity and access management initiatives. This role will define and document IAM processes, develop operational runbooks, and build implementation playbooks. The analyst will be responsible for data analysis, mapping privileged users and access, and performing gap analysis to identify risks and inconsistencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and document IAM lifecycle processes, including provisioning, rotation, and revocation.
• Develop operational runbooks for onboarding, support, and recovery procedures.
• Build and publish IAM playbooks that provide implementation guidance.
• Identify and map privileged users, roles, and access entitlements.
• Compile, merge, and normalize datasets from IAM, application, and system sources.
• Map users to systems and classify control planes and platforms.
• Perform gap analysis, risk scoring, and identification of inconsistencies.
• Deduplicate data and resolve mismatches across various data sources.
• Inventory authentication methods and categorize applications based on findings.
• Engage with stakeholders to drive alignment across multiple teams.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree is not required for this position.
