Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

1. Moveworks Expertise Hands-on experience with the Moveworks platform, including configuration, deployment, and optimization of AI-powered employee support solutions and conversational workflows.
2. AI Agent Development Proven ability to design, build, and deploy intelligent agents using modern AI/ML frameworks, including agentic architectures, multi-agent orchestration, and tool-use patterns.
3. N8N Workflow Automation Proficiency in building and managing complex automation workflows using N8N, integrating APIs, and connecting enterprise systems for seamless process automation.
4. AI/ML Model Knowledge Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and integrating AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) into production-grade applications.
5. Integration & API Development Experience integrating AI tools and automation platforms with enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Slack, or similar SaaS platforms.
6. Problem-Solving & Innovation Ability to identify automation opportunities, prototype AI-driven solutions rapidly, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable business impact.
