Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Java Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in enterprise-scale banking and financial services platforms, cloud-native application development, Kubernetes orchestration, and modern frontend engineering using Vue.js.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing and developing mission-critical banking applications supporting transaction processing, payments, account servicing, financial data processing, reconciliation, cards, lending, and other core banking workflows. The role requires hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Vue.js, TypeScript, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), along with the ability to drive application modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.

The selected candidate will lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise banking applications using Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Vue.js, and TypeScript. The role involves building scalable microservices, responsive frontend applications, and high-performance APIs supporting.

Key Responsibilities

• 10+ years of enterprise Java development experience in large-scale production environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, Multithreading, JVM Tuning, and Distributed Systems.
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance microservices and event-driven applications using Apache Kafka.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL, including Stored procedures, Query optimization, Indexing strategies, Performance tuning, High-volume transactional systems
• Hands-on experience with Redis and distributed caching technologies is highly preferred.
• Strong production experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Hands-on expertise with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), including Helm Charts, Auto-scaling, Kubernetes networking, Secure ingress configurations, Service discovery, Cloud-native deployments
• Build and maintain CI/CD automation pipelines for cloud-native application deployments.
• Ensure infrastructure reliability, scalability, availability, and performance across enterprise production environments.
• Implement and support observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting using platforms such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Dynatrace.
• Manage Google Cloud Platform IAM and security controls in accordance with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate closely with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, Architecture, QA, and Business teams.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis and performance optimization.
• Experience supporting high-volume production environments is required.
• Experience in large-scale retail or e-commerce environments is preferred.
• Exposure to supply chain or warehouse management systems is preferred.
• Exposure to Service Mesh technologies is considered a strong advantage.

Mandatory Certifications

• Kubernetes Certification
• Google Cloud Platform certification.
