Summary

Position Purpose
The Global Performance & Data Analytics Lead is responsible for establishing and driving a global data analytics strategy that enhances performance measurement, operational excellence, and decision-making across the organization. This role designs and governs enterprise-wide KPIs, develops advanced analytics solutions, and enables data-driven insights to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability. The role partners with business leaders across functions to identify improvement opportunities, standardize reporting, and deploy scalable analytics tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities
Performance Management

  • Define and maintain global performance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and benchmarking standards.
  • Lead the consolidation, analysis, and reporting of global operational and financial performance indicators.
  • Identify performance gaps and collaborate with functional leaders to implement corrective action plans.
  • Ensure global consistency of reporting across regions, business units, and functions.


Data Analytics & Insights

  • Design and execute an enterprise analytics roadmap, including descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
  • Build data models, forecasting tools, and trend analyses to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
  • Leverage advanced analytics (AI/ML, statistical modeling, process mining) to uncover insights and drive value creation.
  • Deliver executive-level reports, insights, and presentations that support strategic, data-driven decisions.
  • Lead the implementation, enhancement, and adoption of analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SAP Analytics, Snowflake).


Data Governance & Quality

  • Establish data governance policies, standards, and controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of data.
  • Partner with IT, Data Governance, and Business Units to define master data architecture and ensure high-quality data across systems.
  • Maintain data dictionaries, KPIs definitions, and global reporting standard.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Site Engineering & Maintenance, Site Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and other functional leaders to align analytics with business priorities.
  • Support global teams with standardized methodologies, training, and best practices in data analytics.
  • Serve as the primary global point of contact for analytics questions, governance, and reporting.


Leadership & Change Management

  • Lead cross-functional teams and analytics SMEs to deliver global initiatives.
  • Advocate for a data-driven culture and promote analytics literacy across the organization.
  • Manage global reporting cycles, performance reviews, and executive business reviews.


Qualifications and Experience
Education

  • Bachelor?s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certifications in data analytics, BI tools, or Lean/Six Sigma are a must.

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics, performance management, business intelligence, and IFM functions.
  • Strong background in analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), SQL, and data modeling.
  • Strong technical capability in root cause analysis, predictive diagnostics, risk management, and equipment lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency with CMMS systems and SAP PM preferred.
  • Experience facilitating training, workshops, or capability development programs.
  • Ability to travel globally based on business needs.

The expected base salary range for this position at hiring is $131,000 - $160,000. Please note this salary range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay that CSL expects to pay for this position at the listed location as of the time of this posting. Individual base salary for a successful candidate is determined by qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies and other relevant factors. In addition to base salary, total compensation for this role may also include incentive compensation and equity.
