Responsibilities:
Product Storytelling and Content Development
Translate product PowerPoint decks and documentation into clear, standardized product catalog entries
Partner with Product Managers to extract institutional knowledge and articulate:
What the product does
The business problems it solves
Target users and use cases
Key features and capabilities
Metrics and value delivered
Convert unstructured information into concise, user-friendly marketplace content
Content Structuring and Standardization
Develop and enforce consistent product content templates
Ensure content aligns to marketplace taxonomy, tagging, and metadata standards
Synthesize inputs from multiple sources (decks, hubs, documentation, interviews) into a cohesive narrative
Stakeholder Engagement
Conduct structured interviews with Product Managers and Focus Area owners
Identify content gaps and proactively gather missing information
Push for clarity where product positioning is vague or inconsistent
Digital Marketplace Enablement
Publish and maintain product entries within the CMS-driven Digital Marketplace
Continuously refine content to improve usability and discoverability
Support the evolution from static reporting artifacts to dynamic, searchable product views
Qualifications:
5+ years in content strategy, business analysis, product marketing, or digital content development
Experience with Organizational Change Management and communications; ability to tell a story
Experience translating technical or product concepts into clear, business-facing language
Strong facilitation and interviewing skills
Ability to synthesize large amounts of disparate information into structured narratives
Experience working with CMS platforms and digital publishing environments
Comfortable working cross-functionally with product and technology teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in product catalog, digital marketplace, or e-commerce environments
Understanding of taxonomy, metadata, and content governance
Familiarity with healthcare, supply chain, or enterprise technology ecosystems
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
