Job Title: OFS Consultant
Location: Remote (with occasional travel for workshops)
Experience: 13–20 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Field Services (OFS) Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Utilities and Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA).

Key Responsibilities:

Design and innovate business processes, including KPIs and functional requirements
Work closely with stakeholders to create process blueprints and functional designs
Lead business process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Conduct quality management reviews to ensure alignment with business and design requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business processes with organizational goals
Provide solutions for complex business challenges and ensure scalability
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and guide team decisions
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for stakeholders
Support integration of business processes with existing systems and workflows

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Oracle Field Services (OFS)
Expertise in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)
Experience with Oracle Utilities (highly preferred)
Strong knowledge of Business Process Design & Functional Design
Experience in Oracle Financials
Ability to work in a cross-functional and client-facing environment

Key Expectations:

Lead and manage teams effectively
Participate in key architectural and functional decisions
Provide scalable and innovative solutions across multiple teams
