Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Principal Data Integration & Reporting Enablement Lead. This remote position offers the opportunity to lead data integration efforts and support enterprise reporting through innovative technologies.
Responsibilities
  • Lead vendor data integration initiatives for the enterprise reporting platform.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and external vendors to ensure accurate data integration.
  • Design and implement data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Azure Databricks.
  • Define and enforce standard data models and quality rules for consistent reporting.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data integration.
  • Support enterprise reporting through Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and usability.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues and operational inefficiencies.
  • Maintain documentation and support artifacts for sustainability.
Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in data integration, data engineering, or enterprise reporting.
  • Hands-on expertise in designing data integrations with Azure Databricks.
  • Strong understanding of data standardization, modeling, and quality management.
  • Experience in regulated healthcare environments is essential.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with AI-driven analytics or data visualization solutions.
  • Familiarity with document management or communications-related data domains.
  • Background in supporting enterprise-wide reporting platforms or data modernization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance practices in healthcare.
