Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Design and support infrastructure using CPU, GPU, APU, storage, networking, and security technologies.
- Create procedures for hardware testing, deployment, performance optimization, and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for hardware design, testing, and deployment.
- Evaluate hardware systems, identify operational gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Build automation and software solutions using Python, Ansible, open-source, and vendor tools.
- Automate server management including remote access, firmware updates (IDRAC/IPMI), and device integration.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, OS, network, and storage layers.
- Validate and certify new hardware for integration into Morgan Stanley infrastructure.
- Collaborate in Agile teams and support large-scale production environments with strong security practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years experience supporting data center GPUs (H100, NVIDIA DGX B300 or newer).
- Expertise in Infiniband, NVLink, and server hardware technologies.
- Strong programming skills in Python and Ansible.
- Experience with IPMI / Redfish for BMC communication.
- Strong Linux, networking, and x86 hardware knowledge.
- Experience managing large-scale production environments and system hardening.
- Excellent troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Master s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
- Networking expertise.
- Experience in Financial Services / Enterprise Technology.
- Experience leading enterprise-level initiatives and working with global stakeholders.
