Our client, a leading organization in the cleanenergy spaceis seeking a Project Manager Appliance Standards to join their team. As a Project Manager Appliance Standards, you will be part of the Codes and Standards department supporting the initiative for Product and Appliance Standards.
Job Title:Project Manager Appliance Standards
Location:Remote with a preference for candidates in the NE Region, Albany, New York
Pay Range: $55-$65/HR
What\'s the Job?
\t- Work with the Codes & Standards team to implement strategies and provide technical support for appliance standards initiatives. \t
- Partner with stakeholders and support rulemaking processes to advance and implement appliance standards effectively. \t
- Manage multiple projects throughout their lifecycle, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery. \t
- Develop and oversee work plans and budgets, ensuring quality and compliance with project requirements. \t
- Evaluate technical reports and contractor work, providing constructive feedback and ensuring project milestones are met.
What\'s Needed?
\t- 3-6 years of relevant experience in project management or technical roles related to building systems or appliance standards. \t
- Technical understanding of residential and multifamily building systems, especially heat pumps, including installation and commissioning challenges. \t
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, testing results, and translate them for non-technical audiences. \t
- Proven ability to manage complex projects independently, develop work plans, and oversee multiple stakeholders. \t
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools like Asana, SharePoint, or similar systems.
