Position: UKG Sr Solution Architect - W2 Only
Location: Dallas, TX, 3 days onsite

Sr. Solution Architect
Technical Design & Architecture:
Provide advanced knowledge of the UKG Dimensions/Pro WFM system and its modules
Translate requirements into solutions and system designs in collaboration with stakeholders
Drive the creation of functional and technical design documents, including test plans and implementation documentation
Design, modify, and test technical architecture to address and solve specific business problems
Responsible for finalizing direction, solution, and requirements for client integrations
Strategic & Vision Leadership:
Drive strategic architecture vision and innovation; identify and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends
Develop, design, and communicate a clear architectural vision and design aligned with organizational goals while keeping a product suite mindset
Identify architecture risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain architectural opportunities for all stakeholders
Serve as an authority and leader in the field; mentor and inspire others with a proven track record of delivering successful solutions
Stakeholder & Team Leadership:
Demonstrate leadership by working with the Client, Engineering, Product, Delivery Team, and Sales to understand the evolving platform
Provide supervision and guidance to development teams
Work closely with enterprise and software architects, business analysts, and project teams; listen, advise, empathize, and explain
Lead business analyst and consultant responsibilities for new and existing customer implementations
Business & Implementation Support:
Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have
Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets
Continually research current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed
