Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions for our organization. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations, while providing technical leadership across multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end solution design for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
Design and architect scalable, efficient ServiceNow solutions to meet current and future needs.
Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Service Catalog, Service Portal, HR Service Delivery, and more.
Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
Establish and maintain governance, development standards, and best practices.
Identify opportunities for performance optimization and scalability improvements.
Ensure security and compliance of ServiceNow solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to align solutions with business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect, leading large-scale implementations.
ServiceNow certifications (CIS or CAD) preferred.
Strong expertise in ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
Experience with ServiceNow integration (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Deep understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver successful project outcomes.
