Summary

We are seeking a .NET Developer to drive the design and delivery of a mission-critical Law Enforcement Switch Project, facilitating secure, real-time data exchange and system interoperability.

Logistics & Work Arrangement

Location: Columbia, SC (Current SC Residency Required).
Work Arrangement: Remote, with the exception of onsite equipment pickup on Day 1 and potential quarterly travel for project milestones.
Interview Process: One round of Virtual Interviews.

Core Requirements & Mandatory Skills

Development Mastery: 5+ years of experience building solutions using C#, ASP.NET, XML, and JavaScript.
Database Leadership: 5+ years of SQL Server development (complex stored procedures, triggers, and data optimization).
Domain Expertise: Proven experience with Law Enforcement Switch environments, dispatch/CAD systems, or public safety communication platforms.
Project Leadership: Ability to lead a technical team, define system architecture, and manage the full project lifecycle from requirements to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and secure integration between applications and law enforcement databases.
Establish development standards and provide technical guidance to a team of developers.
Monitor project risks and dependencies while providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
Review project deliverables for quality, completeness, and compliance with security standards.

Mandatory Compliance

Candidates must be able to pass an extensive background check process, including:

Standard 7-year Criminal & Credit check.
Fingerprinting and 10-panel drug screening.
7-year Certified Driving Record (MVR).
