Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Manager, Order to Cash for a Hybrid position with a Global Media Company located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This is a 4+ month contract opportunity. This role supports the Controllership department by driving forecast preparation, BPC submission, and cost analysis. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders on budgets and long-range plans, create financial models, and assist with monthly close activities. This position requires strong experience with SAP and BPC, and the ability to communicate with international stakeholders.
Responsibilities: - Drive and maintain forecast preparation, BPC submission and costs analysis
- Partner with business leaders to build annual departmental budgets and long-range plans, update quarterly forecasts, and actualize monthly reforecasts
- Lead and support preparation of consolidated executive-ready Budget decks and LRP presentations
- Create various financial modeling reports and analysis on an ad hoc basis, including building BPC 10.0 reports from scratch
- Assist monthly close activities such as trial balance review and Actual vs. Estimates comparisons
- Communicate with international stakeholders to share information and investigate consolidated data
- Handle billing, cash applications, and processing transactions
- Manage client relationships regarding billing, month-end processes, and payments
- Supervise Analyst resources and assist with escalations
- Partner with senior management to ensure continuous process improvement
Requirements: - BA/BS 4-year degree in accounting, finance or economics from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of finance/accounting experience
- Media or content distribution industry experience
- SAP experience required; familiar with finance functions and basic T-codes
- BPC experience required; ability to build reports independently and run queries
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- General knowledge of US GAAP
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Experience with order to cash processes including invoicing, billing, and receivables
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pay range: up to $57.50 per hour
