Position Overview:
Mizuho Bank is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) enhancement initiative. This role will drive execution across multiple business and technology teams in a hybrid delivery environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing ServiceNow SPM programs, PMO stand-ups, and enterprise-level initiatives while ensuring structured planning, governance, and cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the ServiceNow SPM module enhancement project across business and technology stakeholders
• Establish and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Structure and oversee end-to-end program execution aligned with business strategy
• Maintain and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
• Deliver weekly program and portfolio status reporting
• Facilitate daily/weekly working group sessions to ensure delivery success
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Oversee program and project resources, including third-party vendors
• Support PMO setup and governance where required
Required Qualifications:
• 7–10 years of Program/Project Management experience
• Strong experience managing ServiceNow SPM initiatives
• Experience with PMO stand-up and governance frameworks
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies and reporting standards
• Strong stakeholder, delivery, and risk management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead meetings, drive alignment, and clearly articulate key decisions
• Strong adaptability and ability to manage diverse leadership styles
