Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Onshore Test Lead to lead and manage the QA delivery of one agile QA pod supporting digital platform. This role will oversee system testing of the application across Web, API, and Mobile (Android & iOS) platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and mentoring skills, hands-on technical knowledge, and experience managing hybrid teams (onshore/offshore).

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of experience in QA, with at least 3 years in a QA Lead role.

Proven experience managing onshore-offshore delivery models.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Hands-on experience with:

Playwright for web automation

RestAssured for API testing

Espresso and XCUITest for mobile automation

Experience with test management tools like JIRA.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Espresso for Android mobile automation

XCUITest for iOS mobile automation
