Pay Range: $35 - $36.02/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for managing the weekly sales and order forecasts for specific segments of Client’s CE (Consumer Electronics) business.
- It will require strong relationship building with Client’s retail channel partners as well as sales, marketing, operations & logistics.
- This role will actively coordinate S&OP planning and identify risk & opportunity predicated upon the current forecasts while requiring individual work to provide analysis that is concise and actionable.
- A major responsibility will be managing the weekly CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment) process with our retail channel partners.
- Performance will be measured against assigned sales goals, channel inventory targets (WOS) and forecast accuracy.
- Finally, there will be a consistent requirement to identify macro trends and produce a weekly risk analysis all while measuring daily & weekly sales achievement.
- Manage weekly CPFR process with National Retail Customer
- Build and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sell Thru units
- Ensure Order Management accuracy in ERP system - SAP
- Identify potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve deltas
- Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Daily involvement in managing S&OP escalations
- Manage and measure supply chain processes including channel risk and shipping performance
- Must be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building internally and externally
- Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
