CherryRoad Technologies is looking for an ERP Cloud – Financials Functional Lead who will lead the project work for core Financials modules – General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Assets, Cash Management and Accounts Payables for ERP (Oracle Fusion) cloud.
Responsibilities Include:
• Implement core Financials modules – General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Assets, Cash Management and Accounts Payables for ERP (Oracle Fusion) cloud -in the Oracle Cloud.
• Provide functional consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire systems development lifecycle
• Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud functionality
• Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions for them
• Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
• Configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
• Act as a liaison between Technical team, Business Functions, and IT vendor to drive implementations
• Lead documentation of new business processes, capabilities and functional requirements
• Play lead role in strategy for module/functionality/features deployment across modules and reporting
• Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts
• Support clients with the execution of test scripts
• Develop end-user documentation and training materials
• Deliver end-user training
• Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions
• Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
• Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology
Required Skills:
• BA / BS degree from accredited college or university in a Finance Domain, or a related field; OR equivalent work and/or industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Oracle EBS Financials Implementation experience
• 2 years on Oracle Cloud (Fusion) – GL/AR/AP/FA/CM/SLA related to Financial modules/EBiz or Fusion Tax
• CPA, CA, or MBA – Finance is desired
• Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration and Testing
• Prior experience managing IT relationships with business clients
• Experience in creating functional design documents
• Experience in creating and executing test cases
• Implementation experience and the ability to recommend business solutions
• Strong influencing, interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Proven analytical and problem resolution skills
• Proactive responsible individual, able to set own action plans with minimum management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with production support project is plus
• Working knowledge of Supply Chain Modules like Inventory, Costing and Order Management will help.
