- Performed hardware and network diagnostics, troubleshooting, and break/fix repairs to reduce downtime
- Conducted root cause analysis for both hardware and software incidents
- Assisted with training and knowledge transfer for internal teams on tools, procedures, and best practices
- Created, updated, and maintained technical documentation, runbooks, and SOPs
- Delivered hands-on technical support to on-site and remote data center personnel
- Developed and maintained automation scripts using Python and Bash to support server and network updates
- Managed inventory control, asset tracking, and equipment lifecycle records
- Assembled, installed, decommissioned, and replaced server and network hardware
- Performed regular maintenance on test equipment and diagnostic tools
- Supported operations at additional data center locations through occasional travel
